The price of silver is driven by speculation and supply and demand—mainly by large traders or investors, short selling, industrial, consumer and commercial demand, and to hedge against financial stress. Compared to gold, the price of silver is notoriously volatile. This is because of lower market liquidity, and demand fluctuations between industrial and store of value uses. At times this can cause wide-ranging valuations in the market creating volatility.

In order to purchase Bitcoins, the client should transfer funds in USD to his/her the account. Yobit.net offers a wide range of cryptocurrencies such as BTC, ETH, DASH, XBY, and DOGE, among others. At the same time, many are intrigued by the tales of the spectacular success in currency markets achieved by some astute traders who have made the necessary investments and reaped the benefits. In response to the complex issues related to traditional trading, the brokerage industry has developed a number of reasonable alternatives over the years that permit you to delegate trading control to another party. In the caser of “mirror” or “social” trading, you may pick an expert or anyone else in the broker’s network and then emulate his trading decisions. In order to use these options, you may still be confronted with the need for experience and emotional obstacles, and for these reasons alone, you may find the managed forex account an exceptionally alluring offer.
Generally, when it comes to choosing a name for a business, it is expected that you should be creative because whatever name you choose for your business will go a long way to create a perception of what the business represents. Usually it is the norm for people to follow the trend in the industry they intend operating from when naming their business.

Investment management firms that trade exclusively for clients may use program trading to buy stocks that are in the firm’s model portfolio. Shares then get allocated to customer accounts after being purchased. Fund managers may also use program trading for rebalancing purposes. For instance, a fund might use program trading to buy and sell stocks to rebalance a portfolio back to its target allocations.
If you’re trading on Forex (Stocks), it’s important to know when Forex weekends and National holidays occur. Banks (and forex brokers) would not have full services and benefits. Mostly brokers are also not available on holidays. On Forex holidays you see low liquidity on market. But after the market opening, activity can rise strongly. This page contains the list of Forex holidays (2020 year) and observances around the world

Set your limits in advance: Before embarking on any Forex trade, you should have defined the price at which you'll open the trade, the price at which you will close it and take your profits, and the price at which you will close it, should the market turn unexpectedly, thereby cutting your losses. Then, once you have set those limits, it's important to stick with them!

TD Ameritrade has been a mainstay in the market for its various trading tool options. Thinkorswim has brought both casual and serious traders to TD's business and, with it, you have access to stocks, bonds, options, ETFs, and even forex. However, you may want to look elsewhere if you are trying to find an all-in-one solution for all (or at least most) of your trading needs, TD Ameritrade may not deliver in that regard.F

The forex market is always moving. 24 hours a day, 6 days a week. Although the most active forex trading times are specific, the forex market is always moving at least a little. Depending on what you like to trade, you can pick and choose your time. Most day trading strategies revolve around forex technical analysis, which has its positive points. The market can be very technical, and if you have a sharp eye and a plan, you can catch it and take some profit from it.

Real world trading looks very different to nicely drawn illustrations. Maybe if you offered trade examples from actual trading within a third-party verified account you could be taken seriously. The thing is this: my five year old niece does drawings similar to those in this article. But she’s no trader. I would’ve expected something different from a guy who calls himself a professional trader and who has ads in Forbes and Washington Post (that’s how I landed here).

Bitcoin has emerged as one of the hottest investments around. Now, as Bitcoin trading continues to evolve, it is also being linked up with another hot investment market, Forex, which involves the trading of currencies. While Bitcoin itself aims to be a currency, there are some important differences between Bitcoin trading and traditional Forex trading.

Markets are dirty. But this doesn‘t change the fact that cryptocurrencies are here to stay – and here to change the world. This is already happening. People all over the world buy Bitcoin to protect themselves against the devaluation of their national currency. Mostly in Asia, a vivid market for Bitcoin remittance has emerged, and the Bitcoin using darknets of cybercrime are flourishing. More and more companies discover the power of Smart Contracts or token on Ethereum, the first real-world application of blockchain technologies emerge.
Weekends are the ideal time to learn the ins and outs of a trading platform and find out how your chosen platform can assist your trading. A selection of advanced trading platforms allows traders to analyze a number of different strategies, applied to past data, for a better understanding of how these strategies would have played out. This process is called back-testing and is an excellent way of testing a strategy before employing it in live conditions.
One of the aspects of currency trading that makes it riskier than trading in the stock market is that the entire currency trading industry is either lightly regulated or, with respect to some trades, not regulated at all. A consequence of that is that unless you look carefully into the reputation of the Forex broker you select, you may be defrauded. There are two ways of avoiding this.
Most brokers offer mini and micro accounts, which means you can start trading forex with as little as $500. This amount will be leveraged into multiplied profits. Keep a note of the strategies that are fetching you huge profits as well as those that are not working for you. The secret to increased profits is to keep repeating what works (until it works no more) and to ditch what brings poor results.

The second step to getting started with bitcoin trading is to create your account on your chosen platform. The registration process on most bitcoin trading sites is fairly straightforward and only takes a few minutes. Firstly, visit the platform’s official website by clicking on our tables above. Past performance results are not necessarily indicative of future results. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown. The performance results of the demonstration ("demo") account displayed on this website imitating real time transactions made by investors using the investment products in real accounts, do not guarantee that same results would have been achieved if you were to imitate the foregoing transactions in real time using a real account. In fact, there are frequently sharp differences between performance results using the demo account and performance results achieved by using any particular investment product and third party trading signals in real account, due to factors related to the involvement of your broker in the transaction and technical limitations and capabilities, which are not under the control of DupliTrade. Finally, there are numerous other factors related to the markets in general or to the implementation of any specific investment product and third party trading signal which cannot be fully accounted for by past performance results. Prospective clients should be particularly wary of placing undue reliance on past performance results and should not base their decision to use any investment product and/or any third party trading signal solely on the past performance presented. The investment products described herein have been developed for sophisticated traders who fully understand the nature and the scope of the risks that are associated with trading. Therefore, in making an investment decision, prospective clients must also rely on their own examination of the person or entity making the trading decisions and the terms of the advisory agreement including the merits and risks involved.

The forex market is available for trading 24 hours a day, five and one-half days per week. The Forex Market Time Converter displays "Open" or "Closed" in the Status column to indicate the current state of each global Market Center. However, just because you can trade the market any time of the day or night doesn't necessarily mean that you should. Most successful day traders understand that more trades are successful if conducted when market activity is high and that it is best to avoid times when trading is light.
On the average, there are no special technology or equipment needed to run this type of business except for customized forex trading software and social media management software applications and other financial related software apps. So also, you will definitely need computers/laptops, internet facility, telephone, fax machine and office furniture (chairs, tables, and shelves).
This is the page of the currency symbols that lists all currency symbols of the world, along with currency full names and currency codes (ISO 4217). Currency symbol is used as shorthand for a currency's name, especially referring to amounts of money. It is a graphic symbol which typically employs the first letter or character of the currency, sometimes with minor changes. Such as the dollar sign "$", Yen sign "¥", and the Euro sign "€". Today, the currency symbols may be in common use in many contexts, but Currency Codes (ISO 4217 codes) are used instead of currency symbols for most official purposes.

To enter a Double Top trade, you would need to see the price breaking through the level of the bottom that is located between the two tops of the pattern. When the price breaks the bottom between the two tops, you can short the Forex pair, pursuing a minimum price move equal to the vertical size of the pattern measured starting from the level of the two tops to the bottom between the two tops.
So that is the straightforward, universal, method used to quote currencies in the marketplace, now let's look at how the spread is calculated. Forex quotes are always provided with "bid and ask" prices, or "buy and sell" this is similar to what many investors will be familiar with if they have ever bought or sold equities; there is a different price to sell a share and there is a difference price to buy a share. Generally this small spread is the broker's profit on the transaction, or the commission.
A spot market deal is for immediate delivery, which is defined as two business days for most currency pairs. The major exception is the purchase or sale of USD/CAD, which is settled in one business day. The business day calculation excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays in either currency of the traded pair. During the Christmas and Easter season, some spot trades can take as long as six days to settle. Funds are exchanged on the settlement date, not the transaction date.
To start trading the currency market you will need to open a trading account at a good forex broker. Most platforms will offer a demo account to allow you to get to grips with the system before committing real money, so use it widely. Software platforms vary - the most popular, Metatrader 4 (MT4) may be a little overwhelming for beginners, and there are many new and polished web based alternatives to consider. Retail Forex traders – Finally, we come to retail Forex traders (you and I). The retail Forex trading industry is growing everyday with the advent of Forex trading platforms and their ease of accessibility on the internet. Retail Forex traders access the market indirectly either through a broker or a bank. There are two main types of retail Forex brokers that provide us with the ability to speculate on the currency market: brokers and dealers. Brokers work as an agent for the trader by trying to find the best price in the market and executing on behalf of the customer. For this, they charge a commission on top of the price obtained in the market. Dealers are also called market makers because they ‘make the market’ for the trader and act as the counter-party to their transactions, they quote a price they are willing to deal at and are compensated through the spread, which is the difference between the buy and sell price (more on this later).
Economic and political instability and infinite other perpetual changes also affect the currency markets. Central banks seek to stabilize their country's currency by trading it on the open market and keeping a relative value compared to other world currencies. Businesses that operate in multiple countries seek to mitigate the risks of doing business in foreign markets and hedge currency risk.

The forex trading strategy Carry Trade is different from other forex strategies. While most of the Forex trading strategies follow the concept “buy low/sell high”, Carry Trade relies mainly on the difference in interest rate between the currencies. This means that forex traders can make profit even if the market is stable. When employing this strategy, traders buy a currency with a high differential ratio, meaning the interest rate of the currency they buy will be higher than that of the currency they sell.

Hi there Yohay, Maybe you could help me on my little issue with one of the leading forex/option brokers at the moment. Before you click on a quote price (whether you pick sell or buy), you see 3 prices in the platform…the quote price, the bid and the ask prices. If you either clicked sell or buy, that’s your trade which either has fallen on the bid or ask price for that particular time. At least that is my understanding before you decide to trade. If my understanding is correct, then how come my trade were automatically stopped by the system at a bid price that was for a certain quote price that took place 6 hours after my trade? Note that 1) I have set my stop at 95% +/-. 2) the quote price when it was automatically stopped by the system was 9 pips below opposite my trade 3) The system did not stop my trade when it was about 26 pips opposite my trade. 4) Where does the bid and ask prices on my trade in the equation that the broker has been insisting that the price reach my stop based on the bid price for the quote that was 6 hours after my trade. Thanks
Bitcoin margin trading enables you to open a trading position with leverage. This is done by borrowing funds from the exchange that you’re using, with some exchanges offering as high as 100x leverage. For example, if you opened a Bitcoin margin trading position with 2x leverage and Bitcoin’s price had increased by 5%, then you would have made a profit of 10% due to using 2x leverage. With no leverage, you would have only made a 5% profit.
The market of cryptocurrencies is fast and wild. Nearly every day new cryptocurrencies emerge, old die, early adopters get wealthy and investors lose money. Every cryptocurrency comes with a promise, mostly a big story to turn the world around. Few survive the first months, and most are pumped and dumped by speculators and live on as zombie coins until the last bagholder loses hope ever to see a return on his investment.
Below, is the list of FX companies that either accept Bitcoin as a deposit/withdrawal method or allow trading in BTC/USD (or some other BTC/XXX pairs). This chart pattern is formed by three tops, in which the bulls, once a double top had formed, felt that they wanted to challenge the resistance level again. Once price was at the resistance level, it was followed again by the bears entering the market and rejecting the bulls attempt at breaking the level. Price then abruptly return to the neckline.
Falling wedges are similar to rising wedges but prices consolidate downwards and are normally followed by a breakthrough upwards. The consolidation can be defined as lower lows and lower highs, in which prices break upwards after the consolidation completes. Similar to rising wedges, it doesn't matter if the falling wedge occurs during an uptrend or a downtrend.

Forex trading is not the type that you will learn on the go. You have to train extensively to know when to make the right buying and selling decisions. As a recommendation, you should spend several weeks training with a free account until you can make profits consistently and have reduced your rates of losing to the barest minimum. To find free forex demo account, you can search the web.

If you are getting involved in forex trading for the first time, it’s important to remember to conduct your own due diligence. This requires you to keep tuned into global developments and world events that may improve the value or devalue a foreign currency.

Bitcoin trading with leverage works by the exchange providing loans to traders which is why it is considered risky for beginner Bitcoin traders. If you’re a new trader and want to start margin trading then we recommend starting small to get an idea of how leveraged trading works, and the risks of it. Ideally, never use 100% of your funds in a single margin trade because if the price goes the opposite way – you could lose all your funds in one transaction.
To use an extreme example, imagine holding an account balance of 2,000 EUR and putting all of that on a single trade. If the trade goes badly, you will have lost your entire investment, and because the Forex market can move very quickly, losses can also happen very quickly. This is where risk management is essential - to help you minimise losses and protect any profits you do make. The key areas to consider when managing your Forex trading risk are trading psychology, and money management.

Unlike stock markets, which can trace their roots back centuries, the forex market as we understand it today is a truly new market. Of course, in its most basic sense—that of people converting one currency to another for financial advantage—forex has been around since nations began minting currencies. But the modern forex markets are a modern invention. After the accord at Bretton Woods in 1971, more major currencies were allowed to float freely against one another. The values of individual currencies vary, which has given rise to the need for foreign exchange services and trading.

Answer: This is one of our favorite questions here at trading strategy guides. We believe that traders should start small and grow accounts as their skill improves. There is a myth that states, to become successful you must start with a large sum of money in your account. That is merely not true. We have targeted strategies that help you if you only have a pittance to trade.
which will offer high-quality brokerage services to conduct trading operations on the forex market via the Internet or the phone. Buy and sell transactions are made on behalf of a client of the brokerage company. Besides, the brokerage services include providing a trader with analytical information, trading strategies of high-qualified specialists, analysts’ consultation, a free access to the trading platform and so on. The client and the brokerage company shoulder a mutual responsibility and provide guarantees which are stipulated in the contract of rendering the brokerage services. One should bear in mind that the larger a brokerage company the more qualitative services it renders but to cooperate with such a company one needs to dispose a larger amount of money.
A head and shoulders chart pattern is basically a reversal pattern. In the example chart below, the currency pair is moving up for a long time then retreats, forming the left shoulder. Then the pair moves up one more time creating the head.  Then it retreats again and moves up one more time creating a decreasing top on the right, which is the right shoulder. The right half of the chart is now a decreasing top, which is bearish and signals the reversal back down. These types of chart patterns are more rare in the forex but they do occur. For a currency pair that is moving down, then reverses back up, you can also have an "inverted" head and shoulders chart pattern, which looks like the image below turned upside down
Spot for most currencies is two business days; the major exception is the U.S. dollar versus the Canadian dollar, which settles on the next business day. Other pairs settle in two business days. During periods that have multiple holidays, such as Easter or Christmas, spot transactions can take as long as six days to settle. The price is established on the trade date, but money is exchanged on the value date.
The first is the hardest question to answer, and the book will explain in detail the analysis and approach to use, in order to answer this question with confidence. The second question is more straightforward and is answered provided you have an understanding of risk, money management and position sizing in relation to your trading capital. Again, this is covered in detail in the book. As the tag line on the front cover says 'What you need to know to get started, and everything in between' which really sums up what you will learn.
Diversify your portfolio: We all know the saying, 'don't put all your eggs in one basket', yet many new FX traders do this when it comes to their trading. Just as it isn't wise to put all of your funds into a single trade, relying on a single currency pair increases your level of risk, because if the pair moves in a different direction to what you expect, you could lose everything. Instead, consider opening a number of small trades across different Forex pairs.
Stage 3: This stage acts as the confirmation stage involving the bears last attempt to push price lower. BUT by this time the bulls have taken their position within the market and are determined to increase the price. The price is seen to gradually decrease, and then surge back up to the neckline. When this happens an inverse Head and Shoulder pattern has been formed successfully.

In this video, you will learn about the triple top formation. This is a bearish reversal pattern that you locate at the top of an uptrend. The market forms three successive highs and the pattern becomes complete once it breaks below the neckline or support. This marks your signal entry for a short position with your stop-loss above the highs. However, it is better to wait for a retest of this broken support line...

Trading the forex market is closed on the weekends because institutional forex traders and large banks (the buyers and sellers of foreign exchange) operate during working hours in the week and take time off on weekends. Most jobs operate in this manner and the forex market is no different. However, just because the forex market is offline, it doesn’t mean you have to be. The weekend presents a great opportunity for traders to learn, reflect and plan for the upcoming trading week.

Saxo Bank maintained second place with its SaxoTrader GO mobile app. SaxoTrader GO is highly responsive and provides traders a unified experience with its web-based platform, offering unique features such as syncing trend lines, indicators, and watch lists. Also, the broker’s native integration of trading signals and pattern recognition, powered by Auto Chartist, is automatically synced with its web platform.
Minimize costs. Brokerage fees can undermine your returns. This is especially true if you participate in day trading. Day traders quickly buy and sell stocks throughout the day. They hold the stocks for less than one day, sometimes for only seconds or minutes, looking for opportunities to make quick profits. Day trading or any strategy in which you are frequently buying and selling your securities can get expensive. For every transaction, you may be charged transaction fees, investment fees and trading activity fees. These fees add up quickly and can significantly cut into your losses.[24][25][26][27]
